We’re thrilled to announce that registration for the 2025–2026 Mo-Town Grapplers wrestling season is officially open! The season kicks off the week of November 10th and runs through February, with practices held at Frelinghuysen Middle School.

Whether your child is brand new to wrestling or ready to take their skills to the next level, the Mo-Town Grapplers offer a fun, challenging, and supportive environment for all experience levels — boys and girls, grades K–8.
All practices are held at Frelinghuysen Middle School. The season begins the week of 11/10/25 and will end in early or late February, depending on the level.

Practice & Match Schedule

Pre-Clinic (Co-ed):

  • Practice: Saturdays mornings,  8:30 – 9:30 am.
  • No competitions.

Clinic (Boys):

  • Practice: Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:45 – 6:45 pm [tentative time].
  • Competitions: 4 – 6 Saturday mornings throughout the season plus the KOM end-of-year tournament on 2/8/26.

JV/Varsity (Boys)

  • Practice: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday (optional), 6:30 – 8:00 pm. Saturday morning, 10:30 – 12:00.
  • Competitions: Most weekends and some weeknights.

Girls Program:

All girls will have one dedicated all-girls practice each week, bringing together wrestlers from grades 2–8 for skills, drills, and team camaraderie.

Girls Clinic: 2nd–5th Grade

    • Girls-only Practice: Mondays, 6:45 – 7:45 pm [tentative time].
    • Co-ed Practice: Wednesdays, 5:45 – 6:45 pm [tentative time].
    • Competitions: 4 – 6 Saturday mornings throughout the season plus the KOM end-of-year tournament on 2/8/26.

Girls JV/Varsity: 6th–8th Grade

    • Girls-only Practice: Mondays, 6:45 – 7:45 pm [tentative time].
