All practices are held at Frelinghuysen Middle School. The season begins the week of 11/10/25 and will end in early or late February, depending on the level.

Pre-Clinic (Co-ed):

• Practice: Saturdays mornings,  8:30 - 9:30 am.
• No competitions.

Clinic (Boys):

• Practice: Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:45 - 6:45 pm [tentative time].
• Competitions: 4 - 6 Saturday mornings throughout the season plus the KOM end-of-year tournament on 2/8/26.

JV/Varsity (Boys)

• Practice: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday (optional), 6:30 - 8:00 pm. Saturday morning, 10:30 - 12:00.
• Competitions: Most weekends and some weeknights.

Girls Program:

All girls will have one dedicated all-girls practice each week, bringing together wrestlers from grades 2–8 for skills, drills, and team camaraderie.

Girls Clinic: 2nd–5th Grade

• • Girls-only Practice: Mondays, 6:45 - 7:45 pm [tentative time].
  • Co-ed Practice: Wednesdays, 5:45 - 6:45 pm [tentative time].
