2026 Summer Clinic

We’re excited to announce that registration is now open for the 2026 Mo-Town Grapplers Intermediate Summer Wrestling Clinic, hosted at Delbarton School’s Pizzo Family Field House Wrestling Room.

This six-week offseason program is designed for wrestlers looking to continue developing their skills, athleticism, and confidence during the summer months while having fun with teammates and friends.

Who Is This Clinic For?

This clinic is intended for:

  • Wrestlers entering 3rd through 8th grade
  • Wrestlers with a solid understanding of basic wrestling fundamentals
  • Wrestlers with approximately two or more years of wrestling experience
  • Athletes looking to continue improving during the offseason

This is not a novice or beginner clinic. While we’ll continue emphasizing fundamentals, the pace and instruction will be geared toward wrestlers who already have experience competing and training in the sport.

What We’ll Be Working On

Throughout the summer, our coaching staff will focus on:

  • Wrestling-specific athleticism and conditioning
  • Intermediate-level techniques and chain wrestling
  • Common wrestling positions and match situations
  • Live drilling and situational wrestling
  • Building confidence, toughness, and mat awareness
  • Having fun while continuing to grow as wrestlers and teammates

As always, our goal is to create a positive environment where athletes can challenge themselves, improve their skills, and enjoy the sport of wrestling.

Dates: Wednesdays, June 24 – July 29, 2026
Practices: 6 Sessions
Time: 6:15 PM – 7:30 PM
Location: Delbarton School – The Pizzo Family Field House Wrestling Room

Cost

$100 per wrestler

Sibling Discount: $20 off each additional registration

Open to All Towns and Teams

While Mo-Town Grapplers serves the Morristown area, this clinic is open to wrestlers from all towns, clubs, and teams who meet the experience requirements.
